As the consummate entrepreneur, I have been closely involved in the starting, operating, buying and selling of numerous businesses in a multitude of industries for the past 20 years. A Babson College graduate in finance and entrepreneurial studies, I helped build a $20MM chain of Jiffy Lube services centers; developed over $70MM in commercial real estate; helped manage a $112MM mini conglomerate comprising of 12 companies involved in health insurance products and services, private investigation, safety equipment development and distribution, software development and sales, importing and exporting and mezzanine financing funds; and I co-founded and ran a $10MM corporate entertainment complex .

During this time, I have held a wide range of management positions including President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice-President, General Manager and Acquisition Specialist. Recently, I purchased one, founded two and am currently operating three businesses in the home improvement industry that serve residential and commercial clients.

Constantly looking for new business opportunities, I have worked with many business brokers. From these relationships, I realized there is an opportunity for someone like me to help business owners because of my hands-on experience in all phases of business ownership and my good grasp of the intricacies of businesses, themselves.
